How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, though we do our best to accommodate same-day requests when availability allows.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes — just call us at (512) 809-1113 or send a message. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible.

What if my symptoms have changed since my last visit?

Please mention any changes in your message so Dr. Glen can review your case before your visit and adjust your care plan if needed.

Do I need to bring anything?

No — we have your records on file. Just show up! If your insurance has changed, bring your new card.
