What to Expect at Your First Visit
Comprehensive Consultation
Dr. Glen will take a full health history and listen to your concerns. No rushing — we want to understand your situation completely.
Physical Examination
A thorough chiropractic and orthopedic exam to assess your posture, range of motion, and spinal health.
Digital X-Rays (if needed)
On-site digital X-rays to get a clear picture of your spine and identify any structural issues.
Your First Adjustment
If appropriate, Dr. Glen will perform your first chiropractic adjustment at this visit. Many patients feel relief the same day.
Personalized Care Plan
You'll leave with a clear plan — how many visits, what to expect, and how we'll track your progress.

What should I bring?
Your insurance card (if using insurance) and a photo ID. If you have any previous MRIs, CTs or X-rays, please email those [email protected] ahead of your appointment.
How long is the first visit?
Your first appointment is 30 minutes.
